Poisons accumulating inside of the human body can arouse danger and disease. However there are natural ways can be done to help secreting the poisons from the body. It could be inside the body pass through several ways such as from foods, waters and air. If it is not secreted, it will accumulate until the human susceptible to illness. It is the reason why it is to be important secreting the poisons from human body.

There are several things which can be done to help secreting poisons naturally. First, you have to avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine. Those three things can damage internal organ such as liver and kidney in long term. If those organs were damage, the body’s capability secreting the poisons will decrease. Except that, smoking was known containing much poisons which is dangerous for body.

Second, you have to consume a lot of waters. Kidney will incapable working finely without enough water supplies. Kidney has a function disappearing metabolism residue such as uric acid, urea and lactate acid. If the water supply is not enough, kidney doesn’t have capability secreting metabolism residue and poisons in the body.

Third, you must minimize high calorie supply and junk food. Because almost high calorie foods was difficult to be digested and didn’t contain fiber which has function as digestion channel cleaner and intestinal wall, so that the poisons is difficult to be secreted.

Fourth, decrease supply of meats. Meats have delicious taste but have contribution to bad digestion process. It is caused by the containing of meats which are have an enzyme making its resistant at longer time in the body so that the digestion is to be blocked by mucus.

Fifth, consume vegetables and fruits because they have high fibers which are really good to wash off the poisons out from body. Some fruits and vegetables such as berry, broccoli, red grape, spinach and carrot contain anti-oxidants that able to fight free radical and inflamed so that it is protecting immune system and cell of body.

Sixth, increase spices food supply because they are so good to secrete poisons and make body more energetic and healthy. That spices such as garlic, ginger and chili. Garlic has capability increasing fagositosis that is capability of white blood cell to swallow bacterial infection. Ginger helps digestion process, stimulate blood circulation and open pores. Chili is useful to increase circulation in all a part of body.

The last, take an enough rest and enough sleep and do sport regularly. It will increase stamina and energy.
