However, if this situation happens frequently, your body should pay the price in the end. Therefore, here are some common symptoms of stress you should aware of. The symptoms of stress based on the cognitive or emotional factor include the feeling of irritation, frustration, changing mood, negative self-talk, over eating, massive thinking on negative thought, problems of memory loss, and more.

On the other hand, the symptoms of stress based on the physical condition include the chest pain, nervous tick or muscle spasm, muscle tension, unexplained rashes, sweaty palms, abdominal pain, pain in lower back area, breathlessness, diarrhea, etc.

Besides the symptoms of stress above, Anxiety Symptoms are also important to be paid attention to. The symptoms come in as allergy problems, paleness, loss of color, chest tightness, exhaustion, chronic fatigue, worn out, super tired, cold chills, fluctuation in body temperature, racing hearts, numbness, and there are lots more.

In fact, the continuance of those symptoms can lead into depression, desensitization, depersonalization, derealization, and disorientation. Thus, you should know that even the smallest symptoms must be taken care of seriously in which you can do it by learning how to manage your stress.

People with stress or anxiety symptoms can start performing stress management from the simple step like exercising. The regular exercise can be helpful to lower the production of stress hormones and associated neurochemical. Also, it prevents the damage to your body that prolonged stress can cause. Additionally, eliminating the drug use and avoid moderate alcohol use are also effective to success the stress management.

Yes, i agree that for some people stress is a motivation to work properly. But it shouldn't be regularly, as the results will be plaintiff with time.
