Many nutrition experts suggest that further research about lactose intolerance is really needed to conduct because people with this kind of intolerance become wearier even though they shouldn’t be that weary.

Many experts point out that the further studies can bring the topic of association between dietary calcium intake and outcome on low-lactose diet in lactose intolerance patient. The explanation arouse is that the lack of vitamin D and calcium will lead to poor health, bone mineral density, and risk for fracture.
