17^th October is the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty of United Nations; on this day, Sunovion announces follow the Wings game partnership with CARE. President and CEO of Sunovion Mark Iwicki said, “Sunovion is committed to improving the health and lives of people throughout the world. Through our partnership with CARE, we hope to increase awareness of the worldwide implications of global poverty and encourage people to take a simple step to help make a substantial difference. Sunovion hopes to help CARE in their important work to provide much needed resources to people in need.”

Humanitarian group CARE will receive up to $100,000 based on plays of online game Follow the Wings, people can visit the official website to play and share the game and can also access the official rules and regulations about it. President and CEO of CARE Helene Gayle said, “As an organization dedicated to helping people across the globe, we are pleased to be a partner in the Follow the Wings campaign. It is our hope that through this campaign, people will learn more about the challenges facing people in poor communities and be motivated to play the Follow the Wings game. Each person who plays will directly help us empower people to make a real difference in their families and communities.”

CARE is well-known humanitarian organization that works on global level for multiple issues and particularly its aim is to fight against poverty. CARE supported people in above 85 countries through its community based effort and dedicated its efforts about following issues;

• To improve basic education
• Prevent the spread of disease
• Increase access to clean water and sanitation
• Expand economic opportunity and protect natural resource

Although Sunovion is leading pharmaceutical company but it is also concerned about the increasing rate of poverty that’s why it associated itself for such a worthwhile cause and announced partnership with CARE.
